 This occurs if you have openjpeg15 installed.  This port provides a
 "/opt/local/include/openjpeg.h" that conflicts with openjpeg ver 2.
 A workaround is to temporarily rename "/opt/local/include/openjpeg.h"
 while installing/updating openjpeg ver. 2.
