New description:

 I was running gnucash without any problems. At some point I had to set
 DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=  to make it run. Until then, there was no problems. Now
 I tried to update my outdated ports and then it would not want to update
 gnucash.
 I tried to uninstall it and install it again (cleaning it first too) and
 it does not work.

 I tried what it reads in
 ticket:36047    (as in the log I see a problem with libpng15.1a)
 and it did not work either.

 I attach the log output.

 My machine has 10.7 (Lion)
 Xcode is 4.6.3
