 The developer github URL has changed to git://github.com/JustinTulloss
 /tokyo-cabinet-clj.git from git://github.com/jmtulloss/tokyo-cabinet-
 clj.git this make the port cannot be built. I attach the main log as well
 as patch to fix the build
