 I have removed the graphviz dependency since I am actually not building
 the documentation (and since this is not a library, building the
 documentation how the internals work is pretty pointless for users).

 I have replaced the version number with ${version} as suggested.

 I have left the release download URL for now. I am not sure about the
 livecheck implications.

 I have update the Portfile.
