Comment:

 To respond to a ticket, visit the ticket URL in a browser and enter your
 response in the form. Don't reply to tickets by email; that will only post
 your message to the macports-tickets list, if you're subscribed to it;
 otherwise it will tell you you're not allowed to post to it.
