 I found  some info about why this error caused.

 In Emacs Wiki say.

 The latest ECB version (2.40) does not work with the CEDET in Emacs
 23.2... from http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/EmacsCodeBrowser#toc4

 emacscedet.html author's
 patch that provide from https://github.com/alexott/ecb/

 I don't know how to make port package, but I think now ecb package need
 those patch.
