 mediatomb +libextractor fails to build with libextractor 0.6.2 to which
 the libextractor port was updated in r72178. I listed this incompatibility
 as a reason why we should not update libextractor to 0.6.0 in #24216 but
 then forgot about it when a request to update to 0.6.2 was filed in
 #26738.

 A patch to fix mediatomb for libextractor 0.6.0 compatibility is
 [https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2976763&group_id=129766&atid=715780
 filed upstream] however it does not work for me.
