 php-gtk development has continued in PHP's git repository; we should
 update php-gtk (and php5-gtk) to the latest version (currently from
 November 2012). Adding a php54 subport now seems to work as well.

 I changed the version from 2.0.2-x to 2.0.3-x because the file
 main/php_gtk.h says `#define PHP_GTK_VERSION "2.0.3-dev"`
