 Could be.That said, "port rdeps octave-devel +atlas +docs" works and there
 do not appear to be any cycles. There are a lot of dependencies so who
 knows; also, I'm not sure if 'port' internally does a 'uniq' equivalent
 if/when it finds a dependency that is already being met. So, maybe not the
 best test.
