 First, do the following to see if it works:

 sudo port install octave-devel +fltk +accelerate +gcc45
 }}}

 Not sure if this makes any difference, but some of your installed ports
 are +gcc45 while others are +gcc47. Unless you cannot do otherwise, I
 strongly advise you to replace those with +gcc45 with +gcc47, then remove
 gcc45 and all of the old non-active cruft. In my experience, mixing GCC
 versions between various ports is a setup for serious issues down the
 road.
