 I was trying to add tcl-dox as a dependency to a portfile with a universal
 variant, but when installing it +universal, it failed because tcl-dox
 doesn't have a universal variant itself. Apparently this is because it
 uses `use_configure no` in its portfile. I'm not sure whether it would be
 better to fix this by adding `variant universal {}` or instead by adding
 `supported_archs noarch`...
