Comment:

 GGobi's source code is a mess; there appear to be several ongoing
 versions: 2.1.8 for Mac, 2.1.9 for Linux, and 2.1.10 and 2.1.10a for
 Windows.

 What appears to have happened is that they did a
 [http://trac.macports.org/wiki/PortfileRecipes#stealth-updates stealth
 update] and are using the as-yet-unreleased graphviz 2.31.xxxx API.

 Since I doubt macports should update graphviz to a beta API, this is a
 wontfix, sorry.
