 have removed dsniff @2.3 and replaced with dsniff-devel @2.4b1_5

 Same problem occurs;

 cooper$ dsniff
 libnet_open_raw4(): SOCK_RAW allocation failed: Operation not permitted

 dsniff: nids_init: Bad file descriptor
