 You have a couple of options.

 1. Set up a [http://guide.macports.org/chunked/development.local-
 repositories.html local portfile repository]. This might be overkill for
 just one port.
 2. Download the portfile to your computer and run `sudo port install` from
 the directory containing the portfile. The “macports” user will have to
 have at least search access to this directory; maybe try `/tmp`.
