 Actually looking back at the ticket you linked to, it looks like this is a
 bigger issue than just marking the build conflict. The whole point of
 adding a libc-headers was to make MacPorts self-hosting (something that
 I'd like, too), and both libc-headers and cctools are necessary for that
 purpose. While this will work in the meantime, I'd like upstream to
 eventually provide a more permanent fix.
