 rev-upgrade tells me that kde4-runtime needs to be rebuild in order to
 make use of the newer version of jpeg:

 so, perhaps the port needs a revbump?!
 (This is in my case necessary since I don't allow rev-upgrade to
 automatically rebuild broken ports.)
