Comment:

 Done in r103356.

 - I’ve marked both `KlustaKwik` and `maskedKlustaKwik` as openmaintainer.
 - They conflict with each other because their binaries have the same name.
 This seems intentional, for backwards compatibility.
 - I added a variant for maskedKlustaKwik’s “native” make target, which
 uses the `-march=native` compiler flag. This -march option is not accepted
 by all of our compilers, so the variant blacklists some.
