 Not clear why, building with -v offered no clues other than the output
 didn't have a line similar to:
 Checking to see if the QtDeclarative module should be built...

 I would expect to see:
 Checking to see if the QtDesigner module should be built...

 but I don't

 From looking at the portfile it looks like it's supposed to be supported
