 It seems numpy 1.7 contains a memory leak that e.g. affects scikit-learn:

 * https://github.com/numpy/numpy/issues/2969
 * https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/1715

 I don't know how serious it is, but given that probably zero Python
 packages rely on numpy 1.7 features at the moment, it might be a good idea
 to wait for numpy 1.7.1 before upgrading numpy in Macports.
