 I have emacs @24.2_2+gtk+x11 installed. It does not use ImageMagick to
 display graphics files but the "discrete" libraries. Using librsvg-2 GNU
 Emacs displays splash.svg in correct colours and at correct size – on both
 hardware! So it's not a fault of librsvg-2.
