Comment:

 Committed in r101121 with these changes:

  * [wiki:howto/AvoidRedirects rewrote master_sites to avoid redirects]
  * removed reference to the GPL from the description since the license
 field already has that information
  * added pkgconfig build dependency since the port fails to configure
 without it
  * updated to modern rmd160/sha256 checksums
  * made some minor adjustments to whitespace and formatting
