 You are right. And it turns out that I previously fixed a similar issue
 with vfontedpr in developer_cmds. I guess the upstream installation
 scripts are simply ignorant about libexec. I will add a post-destroot to
 bootstrap_cmds to move migcom from ${prefix}/bin to ${prefix}/libexec.
 Thanks for the bugreport. And I will add a build dependency to xorg-
 server.
