 You ran into an annoying error with meinproc4 during APIDOC generation.
 See also #30176 and others.

 Sometimes it helps to simply try building once or twice again, since the
 crash is not occurring every time...

 I know, it's a rather bad workaround, but it worked for me a couple of
 times already.
