 A friendly ping on this, as 110.75 is now out.  Please see the attached
 Portfile, that builds and installs the latest version (tested on my
 system: mid-2011 Mac Mini running 10.8.2 and Xcode 4.5.2).  Part of
 incorporating this is removing files/patch-config-_arch-n-opsys.diff
 (which is now irrelevant).  Thanks!
