 I did contact USNO and Brandon Rhodes via private email, asking them to
 make this situation more transparent. There's barely any astronomers using
 Python 3 at the moment ( http://astrofrog.github.com/blog/2013/01/13/what-
 python-installations-are-scientists-using/ ) , so let's just wait a few
 weeks to see what happens.
