 Somehow some Cygwin headers got into my /usr/include, and unfortunately I
 don't seem to be able to remove them:

 Still, regardless of all that though, if "mntent.h" is a header that
 shouldn't exist on OS X, `glib2`'s `configure` script shouldn't pick it up
 on this platform, right? Actually just a sec, let me whip up a patch...
