 khelpcenter is the kde help program.  It appears to be installed by
 kde4-runtime.  The program runs fine, but when I try to view any of the
 help documents by selecting them in the left hand column, I just get
 errors such as "The file or folder help:/fundamentals/index.html does not
 exist."  Seems like a fairly low priority, but I thought I'd file the
 report... Maybe I'm missing some package with actual help files?  Or need
 some "help" variants somewhere?
