 I'm trying to install 'libnewt' on OS X 10.6.8 & it fails with a reference
 to Tcl.

 I filed an original ticket against expect, Tcl & libnewt & reading back on
 that ticket it was suggested that a separate ticket was provided for
 libnewt.

 Here it is.
