 I just upgraded x264 like this:[[BR]]
 sudo port upgrade --enforce-variants x264 +asm

 and now it's[[BR]]
 using cpu capabilities: MMX2 SSE2Fast SSSE3 FastShuffle SSE4.2 AVX

 took a lot of googling to find the correct syntax
