 nzbget should be updated to 9.1:

 $ port livecheck nzbget
 nzbget seems to have been updated (port version: 0.8.0, new version: 9.1)
 }}}

 However doing so fails to configure:

 {{{configure: error: Your version of libpar2 doesn't include the recent
 bugfixes-patch (version 2, updated Dec 3, 2012). Please patch libpar2 with
 the patches supplied with NZBGet (see README for details). If you cannot
 patch libpar2, you can use configure parameter --disable-libpar2-bugfixes-
 check to suppress the check. Please note however that in this case the
 program may crash during par-check/repair. The patch is highly
 recommended!}}}

 So we should update libpar2 with these fixes; see #37800.

 The attached patch also switches to an unversioned docdir, and no longer
 installs the INSTALL file.
