 Thank you. I have tried it now. Exporting an environmental variable
 doesn't have any influence, but something like
 {{{
 qmake QMAKE_CC=/opt/local/bin/clang-mp-3.2
 }}}
 seems to work. The architecture flags are yet another topic.
