 Thanks for reporting this issue. I've created a corresponding [ ticket] in
 our bug tracker.
 The problem seems to only affect an 'optional' submodule (DAQ) of bob. If
 you need a patch ASAP, please find it. However, be aware that I've NOT yet
 tested it, as I can't update macports on our shared OS X server right now.
