 Upgrading should be a simple matter of updating the version number to
 4.0.1 and using these hashs:

 * rmd160: 7fae516d6aa59dac0d2403c6a979c5c3d9fb3fce
 * sha256:
 097ceda2797761ce517faa5bee186c883df1c407cb2aada613a16773afeedc38

 I got a conflict in the tools-splitconfig patch, but removing that patch
 made the build work.
