 Check with:

 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7
 /site-packages/distribute-0.6.36-py2.7.egg/pkg_resources.py
 }}}
 The pkg_resources module should be provided by setuptools, and having an
 old version of distribute around as well is probably bad. (Distribute
 recently re-merged with setuptools upstream.)
