Comment:

 It doesn't seem to need autoconf or pkgconfig on my system so I committed
 it without those dependencies in r107580. I also fixed the homepage and
 master_sites and adjusted the whitespace. I added a dependency on libxml2
 because bodr's configure script checks for one of libxml2's programs
 explicitly.
