 I just run
 {{{
 port upgrade outdated
 }}}
 on a computer where I use privoxy as web proxy. In the middle of the
 process it was interrupted with an error message. After some digging I
 realised that the problem was that privoxy somewhere in the upgrade
 process had been deleted, hence port couldn't download the remaining
 updates.

 This feels like a quite stupid bug!
