Well, it wasn't even re-installed after the upgrade was finalized. I think
this even might be a regression: I remember there was problems with
upgrading privoxy a couple of years ago.
Besides, even if you unlink a binary it does not disappear until it is
quit so I don't know what happened here. Anyway, run ports without proxy?
Test if a proxy originating from ports is used and present a warning?
