 mosml-dynlibs is not UsingTheRightCompiler. This was already fixed in
 mosml as part of r49124 so either that change could be ported to the
 mosml-dynlibs port or as suggested in #39662 mosml-dynlibs could be made a
 subport of mosml to inherit this fix from that port.
