 stog declares a `depends_run` on `port:texlive-bin`. This is almost
 certainly not correct, as texlive-bin installs tex binaries without any of
 their support files and therefore is not usable by itself. If stog is
 using tex at runtime, texlive-basic is the bare minimum usable tex
 installation, and it's possible that other packages (e.g. texlive-latex,
 texlive-latex-recommended, etc) are also needed. I'm not familiar with
 stog, so I can't say which specific packages it needs...
