 When upgrading the many outdated texlive ports today, many of them issued
 error messages at activation time, but MacPorts still shows them as active
 now. The full console log is attached, but there are many occurrences of
 this type of error:

 Error: org.macports.activate for port texlive-lang-european returned:
 command execution failed
 Please see the log file for port texlive-lang-european for details:
