 The RAxML project is now hosted on GitHub which is the only source of
 distfiles, so the Portifle has been updated for this. Additionally I've
 tried to patch in a port variant for AVX Intel extensions for i7 CPUs, but
 I don't actually have a Mac with an i7 so this is untested. Can someone
 with an i7 review this variant and +AVX being included as default when you
 install.
