 Proposed patch attached to implement this extra variant.  Note that the
 only consequence is the installation of an additional library, libavahi-
 ui-gtk3.dylib.  The +gtk and +gtk3 variants are not mutually exclusive and
 do not conflict. I recommend making them
 both the default to allow support for both gtk2 and gtk3 apps.

 Please let me know if you have any reservations about committing this
 revision.
