Comment:

 Since the graphviz developers release new development versions every day,
 they only keep those versions on the server for 8 or 9 days and then
 delete them. Usually MacPorts mirrors make a copy of the file, but for
 some reason that didn't happen for graphviz-devel last time. I usually
 update the port every 10 days or so, so it's time for me to do that again
 anyway.
