 Well, if you want to use this software and let MacPorts take care of all
 the dependencies and whatnot, you could follow the directions for making a
 [http://guide.macports.org/#development.local-repositories  Local Portfile
 Repository] and create a personal portfile for it there.  It's a little
 bit of extra effort, but it works...
