 I was able to get openssh to configure and compile with the +gsskex
 variant enabled using the DirectoryService.framework.[[BR]]
 I'm not 100% sure this is the correct solution, but so far it seems to be
 all right.[[BR]]
 If I encounter any problems I'll fallback on the installation without the
 +gsskex variant enabled, like you suggested.[[BR]]
