 Apparently caused by some rules using the `-r` flag to sed. `egrep -R
 "sed\s+-\S*r"` in /opt/local/share/bash-completion/completions suggests
 the culprits are colormake, gmake, gnumake, make and pmake. We should add
 a runtime dep on gsed and patch the sed path.
