 I cannot answer that I'm afraid. You should ask on the ROOT mailing list
 or forum.

 Personally, my interest in QT was only ever limited to a possible
 alternative to using X11 as the graphics backend, and for me that is now
 no longer relevant given the (much better) native cocoa variant. I still
 favour X11, but if I was to want to move away from that, the cocoa variant
 is a much better option I think.
