Yes. packages.macports.org has builds of 2.0.3 (from June 12) but not
2.0.4 (presumably because the buildbot ran into the problem). I suspect
sometime after June 14 something changed in a port that caused this
problem, but only users who build from source would experience it. Now all
users experience it because all users must build from source because there
is no package available.
