 apr-util will link (without declaring dep) against sqlite2 if it is
 installed a build time.

 Either add --without-sqlite2 to the default -- it shows up only in the
 no_sqlite variant currently -- config line, or add a port:sqlite2
 dependency so it can be recorded.
