 Well until Trac does it automatically, ''somebody'' has to
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Building_the_web&redirect=no
 build the web]. I find cross-references useful, as they often get tickets
 solved faster. They're also useful for doing triage, as now anyone else
 with that issue will be sorted to that other issue, instead of posting
 stuff about it here. It's less noise in the long run.
